Bradley University seeks an innovative, creative, and collaborative leader to serve as Dean of the Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts. The dean will have an exciting opportunity to build on the college’s tradition of excellence, seizing opportunities to make impactful contributions toward institutional priorities and elevating the college’s visibility across and beyond the university.
The Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts is a center of creative collaboration and convergence across teaching, scholarship, and service at Bradley. The college offers innovative undergraduate and graduate programs across five departments—Art and Design, Communication, Interactive Media, Music, and Theatre Arts.

The preferred dean candidate will have a terminal degree and an academic record suitable for appointment at the rank of full professor in the college. Candidates with significant leadership experience in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
