AEJMC Job Hub — Employers

The AEJMC Job Hub provides schools with a private listing of qualified candidates seeking employment opportunities in journalism and mass communication education. Candidates also review position openings for participating employers. Rates for programs using the service during the conference will be $175 for first position and $125 for each additional position. Position openings for participation will be uploaded between June 15 and July 15.

Each Job Hub candidate has submitted a CV for review. CVs are located on a password protected page of this website. The password for the current year is emailed to participating employers. To view CVs, go to the “CV Search” page and use the employer password. Contact candidates for interviews before the conference. Candidates also have the opportunity to review employer position descriptions to contact representatives prior to the conference to request an interview.

Interview times may happen anytime during the conference, but are encouraged between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Thursday, August 8th, Friday, August 9th, and Saturday, August 10th. Interviews should be held anywhere in safe locations that both the candidate and employer agree upon. As a courtesy to participating employers, a limited number of interview rooms at the conference hotel will be available for a short time block during the conference. Time blocks and room names will be emailed to employers.
