Submitting Advertising Copy:
Display ads may be submitted to AEJMC for the publications listed above. Send copy to: Fred Williams, AEJMC, 234 Outlet Pointe Blvd., Suite A, Columbia SC 29210-5667, office: (803) 798-0274, Fax: (803) 772-3509, or you may email original file with supports to both: Fredaejmc@aol.com and to aejmcprogram@aol.com — please specify the publication you wish to advertise with in the subject line of your e-mail. AEJMC reserves the right to assign advertising space. Advertisements must be camera-ready artwork. ANY expenses incurred in the design, layout, past-up, typesetting or camera work will be billed to the advertiser. Current rate information supersedes previously published rates.
Copy Return:
Advertising copy will NOT be returned to the advertiser unless otherwise noted with advertising copy. Advertisers must supply contact person and address information when submitting copy to have it returned.
Payment and Billing:
No agency or cash discounts will be given. Payment in advance is appreciated but not required. AEJMC accepts VISA, Discover, MasterCard and AmericanExpress or an invoice can be sent to you. Tearsheets will be mailed to advertisers after publication.
