NEWSLETTER AD SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
• E-mail your ad to aejmcnews@aol.com. Type "Newsletter Ad" in the subject line.
• Include your fax and phone numbers, billing address and contact person's name
• Proof copy of your ad will be faxed to the contact person before the newsletter is printed

Issues are received by subscribers the first or second week of the month [of the current issue]
AEJMC News is published 6 times per year. Agency discounts are not given. Display Ads are not accepted.

BILLING
AEJMC will send an invoice to you after the publication has been printed. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.

AEJMC News Ad Listings (courtesy online listings from the association newsletter)

Newsletter ads are also posted online as a courtesy to AEJMC News advertisers. These ads are printed in the newsletter and then posted online free of charge with a paid advertisement in the association newsletter. Ads are posted online only after an issue has been printed. AEJMC News is printed six times per year.
