Journalism is one of five disciplines in Communication Arts. Others are Broadcasting (Radio-TV-Film), Public Relations, Speech Communication and Theatre. The PR program has an active PRSSA chapter. Students also can major in Communication Arts, with curriculum from combining disciplines. Broadcasting and PR require internships.
