Jennifer McGill, Executive Director	Responsible for the management of the association staff and liaison to all association officers during the year.

Felicia Greenlee Brown, Production Manager	Responsible for design and desktop production of the association directory, convention program, election materials, promotional flyers, and Journalism and Communication Monographs.

Kysh Brown, Newsletter Editor/Website Sysops	Edits AEJMC News and ASJMC Administrator. Responsible for design and production of ASJMC Insights. Maintains AEJMC and ASJMC Websites.

Richard Burke, Business Manager	Handles the association finances and convention registration.

Lillian Coleman, JMC Quarterly and JMC Educator Production Manager	Responsible for design and desktop publishing of Journalism and Mass Communication Quarterly and Journalism and Mass Communication Educator.

Janet Harley, Receptionist/Office Assistant	Responsible for answering telephone, opening mail, updating officer rosters and coordinating mailings.

Pamella Price, Membership/Subscription Coordinator	Maintains association's and publications' databases.

Mich Sineath, Public Relations/Marketing Specialist	Coordinates media relations, advertising and marketing efforts for AEJMC and ASJMC.

Fred Williams, Communications and Convention Manager	Responsible for overseeing the association convention, publication advertisements and printer relationships for the publications.
